NOTORIOUS THIEF BEATEN TO PULP & TIED TO POLE AFTER A FAILED OPERATION

Time caught up with a notorious thief in Port Harcourt after a failed operation recently.

According to reports, the alleged thief is known for stealing items inside parked vehicles but he failed to steal a car battery at Rumumas, PH when he was nabbed.

He was caught as he tried to make way into a car before he was seen and aprehended. He was tied to a pole, beaten to pulp and then handed to the police
